First, you need to download the latest linux version here. (No deb package available at the moment).
Open a terminal window and enter the following:
tar -C /home/yourusername -xzvf flock-*.linux-i686.tar.gz
To put on a Desktop entry, open an editor (e.g: gedtt):
gedit /home/yourusername/Flock.Desktop
