1. Cicilan Bulanan (PMT)
Misalkan Anda mempunyai pinjaman Bank sebesar 100 juta yang akan dicicil selama 3 tahun dengan bunga 8% per tahun. Untuk mengetahui besarnya cicilan per bulan gunakan formula berikut:
=PMT(8%/12,3*12,100000000)
=(Rp3,133,636.55)

Bunga 8% dibagi 12 karena akan dihitung untuk pembayaran bulanan.
Jumlah pembayaran selama 3 x 12 bulan
Nilai total pinjaman

Usage:
Right-click on the image and choose “resize image” or “rotate image”
 
Open Terminal within nautilus
Install the package:
