Mungkin anda pernah mengalami kejadian ini. Outlook 2007 disconnected ke mail server (exchange) karena pada setting IP address anda tidak ada default gateway (DHCP). Dalam keadaan ini anda tidak bisa menerima maupun mengirim email.
Dengan bantuan Om Google saya menemukan solusi ini:
1. Click Start, click Run, type regedit in the Open box, and then click OK.
2. Locate and then click the following subkey:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\12.0\Outlook\RPC
*jika folder RPC belum ada harus dibuat dulu
3. On the Edit menu, point to New, and then click DWORD Value.
4. Type DefConnectOpts, and then press ENTER.
5. Right-click DefConnectOpts, and then click Modify.
6. In the Value data box, type 0, and then click OK.
7. Exit Registry Editor.

Go to - Tools >Account options>Chose your account>More Settings> On Advanced Tab remove “V” from dounload shared folders..
